Our panel will highlight the joys, challenges, and opportunities offered by their trips, and how these experiences have impacted their growth as leaders.

This conversation will feature one of our dedicated Summer Search mentors alongside a first-year postsecondary Summer Searcher, offering an honest, reflective look at how this partnership evolves, what it takes to build trust, and why sustained mentorship matters.
Boston Deep Dive Dialogue: Mentoring
Summer Search BostonThese 1-hour virtual events are an opportunity for a small group of Summer Search supporters and prospects to come together with program staff and Summer Search students to learn more about a specific aspect of our program. In honor of mentoring month, the next event will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 4 pm EST and will focus on mentoring at Summer Search and our depth mentoring model.
