Born in Philadelphia and raised in California, Suzanne moved to Seattle in 1995 with her husband Mike and daughters Summer and Tiffany, a decision that planted deep roots for both her family and her lifelong commitment to community impact. Today, she’s a proud spouse, mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother (“Mahal”) to Henry and Aiden.

Suzanne has more than 15 years of experience in sales and executive recruiting, with a career that includes highly performing roles at Canon Astro, Ethicon Endosurgery, and later as the founder of Eberhard & Associates, an executive recruiting firm specializing in sales leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous awards and distinctions for performance, leadership, and relationship-building.

Suzanne joined the Summer Search Seattle Board nine years ago, and her service has shaped the chapter’s stability, strategy, and growth. She currently serves as Board President, where she is known for her collaborative leadership, problem-solving approach, and deep commitment to organizational health. Suzanne plays a pivotal role in:

• Board recruitment and governance
• Mentoring and coaching board chairs
• Onboarding new board members
• Strengthening development strategy
• Supporting donor relationships and fundraising strategy

Her leadership extends far beyond Seattle. Suzanne has served on the Summer Search National Board since 2019, where she contributes her expertise on the National Development Committee and the National Nominating Committee. Her national service underscores her commitment to advancing the mission at a systems level.

A passionate champion of fundraising, Suzanne has been a transformational force in our fundraising efforts, contributing generously and helping secure extraordinary support for Summer Search. Her impact is also felt through her long-standing leadership of the Seattle Gala:

Suzanne’s life reflects her belief in intentional leadership and global perspective. She lived in Sydney (2010–2011) and Singapore (2011–2013), experiences that continue to inform her relational approach to mentoring and organizational behavior.

Outside of her professional and board work, Suzanne is an avid golfer and tennis player, a dedicated marathon and half-marathon runner, and someone who treasures time with family, close friends, and travel.

She is known by her peers for her warmth, her integrity, and her unwavering commitment to helping others grow, qualities that make her an exceptional leader within the Summer Search community.
