Position: Boston Board Member

Paola Pelletier-Ozuna is the Director of Operations for the City of Boston's Mayor's Office of Housing, where she champions efficiency and operational excellence across all departmental divisions to meet Boston's housing needs. She oversees key operational areas, including Human Resources, Innovation and Technology, Strategic Engagement and Marketing, and Real Estate Management and Sales.

Before joining the Mayor's Office of Housing, Paola served as the Director of Operations at Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation. In this role, she was a thought partner to executive leadership, spearheading the organization’s internal operations, communications strategy, and systems development to maximize organizational impact.

Paola has a Master of Public Policy from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Paola's career has been defined by a steadfast commitment to social justice, beginning with her work as a labor union organizer with UNITE HERE and working in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Paola’s expertise extends to operational and program strategy roles in nonprofits like Artists For Humanity and Enroot. Paola is a proud Summer Search alum.
