Professional Title: Chief Financial Officer, EdgeCo Holdings, LP

As Chief Financial Officer for EdgeCo Holdings, Mike oversees accounting and finance functions company-wide. He brings a wealth of Wall Street and growth-company experience to the role as he spent 19 years in sell-side equity research, 15 years as a leading financial services analyst at First Boston and Morgan Stanley, and four years as the latter’s North America equity research director. He reinvented as a CFO in 2004, serving as the first CFO of Gerson Lehman Group, Argus Information, and Oak Hill Advisors, overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, operations, technology, capital-raising, and controls. Mike holds an AB in economics from Brown University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®. Since 2013, Mike has served on the New York City Board of Directors of Summer Search, a national youth development organization.
