Professional Title: Product Manager, Vanguard

Justin Pascale brings a comprehensive background in product management, program delivery, educational leadership, and agile team development to the Summer Search Philadelphia advisory board. He began his career in education at the school district of Philadelphia and worked his way from a teacher, coach, and special education coordinator to the Principal of New Media Technology Charter school. 

After 13 years in education, he pivoted into management consulting working with Fortune 100 clients across telecommunications, healthcare, and technology space. After three years in consulting specializing in launching agile teams, he took full-time position at Comcast as a product manager. In this role he focused on delivering operational tools for the expansion of Comcast’s virtual access network serving more than 30 million subscribers. During his time at Comcast, he co-led the DE &I task force to support Comcast’s enterprise inclusion initiatives. 

After 5 years at Comcast, Justin transitioned to Vanguard, where he currently heads up a team charged with applying emerging enhancements in AI to drive investor outcomes. 

Justin lives in Haddonfield with his wife Ambika, Nico (7), Sofia (4), and fur son Squintz (13). Outside of work, when’s he’s not coaching Nico’s sports or at Sofie’s dance practice — he’s traveling and spending time with friends, reading autobiographies, trying to stay fit, and digging for vinyl records.
