Jeff is a Partner of Prospect Hill Growth Partners, L.P., a middle market private equity firm focused on investments in the consumer and healthcare services sector. Mr. Teschke joined the firm in 1998 after working at Quad-C Management, a private equity firm based in Charlottesville, VA, and in the Leveraged Finance Department of Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York, NY. He is currently a director of several privately held companies including Fitness Ventures, Legacy Franchise Concepts, Honors Holdings, EbLens and Comoto Holdings.

Jeff earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2001 and a BA in economics and political science from the University of Rochester in 1993. He has served on the National Council for the University of Rochester since 2012 as well as the University's New England Regional Cabinet and multiple reunion committees.

Jeff and his wife, Chrissy, live in Wellesley Hills, MA with their four children (Harrison, Maya, Quinn, and Emily) and two dogs (Oskar and Haddie).
