Jean Lee is a business and community leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate change, build capabilities, and prepare for the future of work. Throughout her career, Jean has worked at the intersection of business strategy and people, helping organizations adapt to shifting economic, technological, and societal landscapes

As a Partner at PwC, she advises clients on workforce transformation, leadership development, and the adoption of emerging technologies. Her most recent focus has been on leading AI upskilling initiatives that help employees develop the technical and commercial skills to adopt and deliver work using new technologies and ways of working. She is passionate about creating practical learning experiences that enable individuals and organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Jean believes meaningful change happens when people are empowered to learn, grow, and contribute their unique strengths. Her expertise spans organizational change, workforce strategy, leadership development, and large-scale learning and transformation programs.

Jean has long been committed to expanding opportunity for young people and strengthening communities. She has served on the Seattle and National Boards of Summer Search for the past eight years, including as Chair of the Talent Committee. She also serves as a Board Trustee and former Treasurer of PwC Foundation, supporting initiatives that create lasting impact in communities across the country.

Jean earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. She received a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She lives in Seattle and enjoys exploring new places, practicing yoga, and making the most of every opportunity to spend time with her son before he heads off to college.
