Ayomide Olugbemi
He | Him
Position: High School Mentor
Ayomide (Ayo) has been working in education and college access since 2018, supporting students from under-resourced communities as they prepare for college and what comes next. He previously worked as a College Counselor at Roxbury Prep, where he supported students with college readiness and the admissions process, including QuestBridge and Posse. Most recently, he served as the 10th/11th grade Program Manager at Minds Matter Boston, where he partnered closely with students and mentors, led academic and enrichment programming, and supported students through selective college applications.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his dog, Omi, and going on hikes to reground himself. He's excited to continue supporting students from our communities and doing his part to help bridge gaps in society by providing access to opportunity.
