Having spent her career in youth development, Anceline is driven by the belief that every young person deserves meaningful opportunities to thrive. As the daughter of an immigrant and a first-generation college student, she saw firsthand the transformative power of access to a quality education and strong support systems.

Prior to joining Summer Search, Anceline worked with young people involved in the juvenile justice system and led summer camp programming with Girl Scouts of Nevada. She was drawn to Summer Search by its long-term commitment to students and its willingness to meet young people where they are. Today, as Director of Programs for Summer Search Philadelphia, Anceline leads the site’s program strategy and implementation, working alongside staff, schools, and community partners to support students throughout their high school journeys and beyond.

Anceline holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and French and French Literature. Outside of work, she is a mom, artist, occasional traveler, and appreciator of the outdoors. She loves exploring the Philadelphia area with her daughter, spending time with family and friends, and planning her next chance to see what's out there.
