My commitment to youth development is deeply personal. As a mother and mentor, I believe in the power of relationships, opportunity, and community to change the trajectory of a young person’s life. Our mission resonates with me because I know what it means to be invested in—and what that can unlock for a young person.

I bring over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising strategy, and systems-level collaboration. As Senior Director of Development, I build meaningful partnerships and drive philanthropic efforts to ensure every student has the resources and support they need to thrive. I hold a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington’s Evans School, with a focus on collaborative governance and equity-centered leadership.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to four sons, a lover of community spaces, and an advocate for inclusive, joyful childhoods. You’ll often find me basking in the sun, laughing with my boys, or planning our next adventure.
