This 1-hour virtual event is an opportunity for a small group to come together with program staff and Summer Search students to learn more about our Summer Programming in Boston – our model, partnerships, and results from Summer 2024.
Panel: The Powerful Role of Mentorship in the Workplace
This panel will hear from leaders about the ways in which mentoring has helped shaped their careers and expanded their professional network, and offer strategies for how to seek mentorship and implement a mentoring program in a workplace.
Seattle Lunch & Learn
During this virtual session we will discuss how Summer Search supports the post-secondary and career aspirations of our students, so they are ready to lift off into a thriving adulthood. We would also love to hear what kind of support you received or need during this critical period of transition from high school to post-secondary.

Join us for a virtual panel on Wednesday, June 11th to learn more about the power of youth voice and leadership today and hear about the Summer Search framework for empowering young leaders in their leadership and purpose.

2025 Career Coach Program
Our Career Coach Program is open for volunteer applicants! Get paired with a post-secondary participant to support them on their career journey. Program runs from October to June.
PHireside Chat – Summer Experiences
Please join us virtually for the second edition of our PHireside Chat series, as students reflect on their Summer Experiences across Pennsylvania, on college campuses, and even abroad to Central America. Our panel will highlight the joys, challenges, and opportunities offered by their trips, and how these experiences have impacted their growth as leaders.
