Summer Search Panel Recap: The Powerful Role of Mentorship in the Workplace
In honor of National Mentoring Month, Summer Search hosted a virtual panel to discuss the powerful role of mentorship in the workplace. The panel was moderated by Summer Search CEO, Ursulina Ramirez and featured a diverse panel who spoke to their experiences seeking mentors throughout their careers and discussed the ways in which they advocated for mentoring programs.
