Neesha Hathi leads Schwab’s Wealth Advisory, Banking and Trust Services organization. Her team brings together the firm’s wealth, banking, and trust capabilities to help meet the evolving needs of individual investor and registered independent advisor (RIA) clients.

Over her more than 20-year career at Schwab, she has held a range of senior leadership roles across the firm’s retail and institutional businesses. Most recently, Neesha led Schwab’s Wealth and Advice Solutions enterprise, and served as Schwab’s Chief Digital Officer, overseeing the firm’s digital platforms as well as its innovation, data, and analytics teams.

Before joining Schwab, Neesha held leadership positions at technology startups and began her career in investment banking.

Neesha has been widely recognized for her leadership, expertise and advocacy by leading industry and global organizations, including Barron’s, InvestmentNews, Business Insider, ThinkAdvisor, Professional BusinessWomen of California, and the United Nations. She serves as an independent director of The Cigna Group (NYSE: CI) and on several non-profit and advisory boards, including the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Summer Search, and the Charles Schwab Foundation.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA from UCLA and holds her Series 7 and 24 licenses.
