Natalia is a seasoned technology leader with nearly a decade of experience in software development and launching high-impact cloud products at both Amazon Web Services and Google. At Google, she currently leads strategy and execution for AI-powered data analytics platforms, including BigQuery and Gemini, serving thousands of customers globally. She previously led AWS’s Well-Architected Tool, one of its flagship services, and helped expand Amazon’s marketplace into Latin America. Natalia holds degrees from MIT, the University of Pennsylvania, and Insper (back in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she is originally from). She’s passionate about expanding opportunities in tech, serving as a mentor and volunteer instructor for underrepresented communities. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, playing tennis or pickleball, and advocating for women and LGBTQ+ leaders in tech.
