Harold Speer currently serves as a co-managing shareholder of Hellam Varon & Co. CPAs in Bellevue where he advises closely held businesses and high-net worth families with income tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, succession, and operational and profitability analysis. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, father to two active teenage boys, and husband to an amazing wife, Kara. He has served on community non-profit boards in the past, helping guide the organizations through growth, financial stability, and leadership development.
