As Workforce Manager, Christian partners with companies across the country to help our post-secondary students advance their careers and achieve their big dreams.

Before joining Summer Search, Christian worked at other amazing organizations such as Rooted In Vibrant Communities, CORO Center for Civic Leadership, Public Allies, Urbankind Institute, and The Oasis Project. He draws on these experiences to bring a strategic, data-informed, and most importantly, people-centered approach to his role.

When he's not at work, you can catch him in Seattle playing basketball, getting lost in a book, or trying out a new recipe.
