This training includes: 1) an engaging and interactive set of eLearning tools (60 minutes total); and 2) a robust and relevant training with fellow managers in a case-study/dialogue-based learning format (4 hours total, including breaks).

Summer Search's Depth Mentoring Institute (DMI) is an adult training and development program designed to support professionals in building mentoring skills that promote trust, inclusivity, belonging, particularly those managers who are leading intergenerational teams of young professionals, interns, or apprentices. 

The Depth Mentoring Institute's trainings are adapted from the proven mentoring framework we have used to support Summer Search for 35 years. Those who participated in the training reported having improved confidence in their ability to relationship-build with colleagues, direct-reports, and others in the workplace.
