This panel will hear from leaders about the ways in which mentoring has helped shaped their careers and expanded their professional network, and offer strategies for how to seek mentorship and implement a mentoring program in a workplace.

During this virtual session we will discuss how Summer Search supports the post-secondary and career aspirations of our students, so they are ready to lift off into a thriving adulthood.
