Allison is a dedicated and passionate nonprofit fundraising professional excited to join Summer Search’s Development team to further their growth and impact to support young people. As a first-generation Latina in New York City, she deeply connects to the mission of Summer Search, and she understands the pivotal role that career exploration and experiential opportunities play during such a critical time in a young person’s life.

Before joining Summer Search, Allison spent three years at The Lower Eastside Girls Club as part of their Development team, working closely and building relationships with corporate funders, individual donors, and partners. Prior, Allison served as the Development Associate at Justice in Motion.

Allison was born and raised in Queens, New York. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in Political Science and Human Rights from Hunter College. When she is not working, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new songs and playlists, and exploring new eateries and cuisines.
