Michael is passionate about creating opportunities that empower young people to unlock their potential and achieve their aspirations. He believes equitable access to education and resources is essential to building thriving communities and is committed to using data-driven strategies to support transformative youth development initiatives.

Michael earned his MBA in Information Technology Management from George Washington University, an MPA in Statistical Analytics and Organizational Assessment from Seton Hall University, an MA in English Literature from Long Island University, and a BA in English Literature from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Over the past 13 years, he has worked at the intersection of data strategy, program development, and organizational transformation across nonprofit, education, and government sectors. As the Director of Data & Analytics at Summer Search, Michael leads efforts to streamline operations, enhance data governance, and align analytics with the organization’s mission to amplify impact. His career has also included supporting cybersecurity strategy at the Department of Defense and advancing student success initiatives in higher education at various universities.

Michael enjoys reading classic literature and philosophy and attending the opera when he’s not working.
