Cheryl’s expertise includes executive coaching, organizational development, talent strategy, and integration planning in fast-paced, complex environments. She has a strong track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up, and has played a key role in the development of early-stage innovation initiatives—most notably those that contributed to the growth of Microsoft Azure. Her leadership is marked by a deep focus on culture, people, and sustainable growth through periods of transformation.

Cheryl earned her degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
