Mike is chief financial officer of EdgeCo Holdings, overseeing accounting and finance functions company-wide. He brings a wealth of Wall Street and growth-company experience to the role as he spent 19 years in sell-side equity research – 15 years as a leading financial services analyst at First Boston and Morgan Stanley, and four years as the latter’s North America equity research director. He reinvented as a CFO in 2004, serving as the first CFO of Gerson Lehman Group, Argus Information and Oak Hill Advisors, overseeing various aspects of accounting, finance, operations, technology, capital-raising and controls.

Mike holds an AB in economics from Brown University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Since 2013, Mike has served on the New York City Board of Directors of Summer Search, a national youth development organization.
