Summer Search NYC’s 2025 Leadership Gala

We are thrilled to welcome you back to Cipriani 42nd Street for our annual Leadership Gala! This year, we will be honoring Graves Tompkins, Summer Search NYC Board Chair & Chief Operating Officer of General Atlantic. We are so grateful for the opportunity to honor Graves and his exemplary leadership displayed throughout multiple facets of our organization. Graves has been a part of the Summer Search community since 2010 when he joined our Associate Board as a young professional and has since excelled as a leader on our NYC Board, National Board, and is Chair of our Board of Directors.

In addition to our standout Honoree, we will be highlighting other integral leaders in our community – our staff, donors, alumni, students, and their families. We hope that you will be able to join us for a special evening to celebrate the historical and current achievements of Summer Search NYC!
