Molly Greene

Molly has devoted her career to working in pursuit of health and educational equity for young people. She brings to Summer Search nearly 20 years of experience leading, designing and managing education and youth development programs, and is passionate about providing youth with the supportive relationships, skills and experiences they need to thrive.

She began her career working in experiential learning and international education at WorldTeach, after which she pursued a Master’s in Education focused on community-based and service learning. She spent the next 11 years at Peer Health Exchange (PHE), first as the Boston Executive Director and eventually moving to San Francisco to lead their national program team, responsible for the design, continuous improvement, evaluation and high-quality delivery of PHE’s peer-led health education program. After leaving PHE, Molly led the Design and Learning team at California Education Partners, a nonprofit which seeds and grows “Improvement Collaborations” among public school systems to help them build capacity to continuously improve learning and outcomes for every student. Outside of work, Molly is an active triathlete, dog-owner, outdoor enthusiast and cook, and serves on the boards of PHE Bay Area and Roses in Concrete Community School in Oakland.
