These dialogues bring together a small group of Summer Search supporters\, staff\, and students for an engaging discussion and closer look at our work. \nThis conversation will explore the mentoring gap facing young people today and how Summer Search supports students through long term\, relationship driven mentorship. While mentoring is proven to support student success\, many young people\, especially those from under-resourced communities\, still lack consistent access to mentors.
