A Gallup survey of 8,000 employees revealed that only 40% had a mentor in the workplace, yet 96% of mentees find workplace mentoring valuable.<\/p>\n

Join us on Thu, January 23rd at 9am PT\/12pm ET<\/strong> <\/span>to hear from leaders about the ways in which mentoring has helped shaped their careers and expanded their professional network, and offer strategies for how to seek mentorship and implement a mentoring program in a workplace.<\/p>\n

The panel will be moderated by our CEO, Ursulina Ramirez, and feature Jermaine Myrie, CEO of MENTOR, Francheska Feliciano, Director of Apprenticeship Programs at Aon, alongside a Summer Search alum who will speak to their experiences seeking mentors throughout their careers, and discuss the ways in which they advocate for mentoring programs.<\/p>\n
