Jeff is a New York based tax partner at PwC LLP. He has over 20 years serving clients in the banking, private equity, communication, entertainment, and manufacturing industries and spends the majority of his time on clients structured as “Up-Cs” including the associated tax accounting, compliance, and TRA reporting requirements.

Jeff completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He is married with two children and loves being outside, particularly on a golf course or a the ski slopes.
