Dominique Ellis has worked with young people for over 15 years, with a background in mentoring and therapeutic mentoring. Through her work, she is passionate about encouraging young people to prioritize their well-being while feeling empowered to show up as their authentic selves. Currently serving in a leadership role, Dominique also supports and guides young mentors, helping them step outside of their comfort zones to strengthen their confidence and leadership skills.

Outside of work, Dominique is a true entrepreneur and the owner of Jellybean’s Sweet Book Nook, a small business serving desserts while encouraging people to slow down, reconnect, and fall in love with reading again. She is also a big believer in living life fully, always seeking new adventures and experiences to add to her bucket list.
