At Summer Search, we love seeing our students and alumni shine! Big or small, we're here to uplift and celebrate ALL of their accomplishments.
So, today we're thrilled to share that Prajjé Oscar Jean-Baptiste, fashion designer and Summer Search Boston alumnus, will be a contestant on Bravo's iconic television show Project Runway, which begins October 14th!!

Prajjé proudly shared the news on his Instagram, saying:
"I am grateful and honored to be part of this new season of Project Runway. The experience was truly memorable and definitely a good learning experience for me. More importantly an excellent morale-booster that will encourage me to continue doing my best work and rep for my culture."
Check out Prajjé in the trailer below for Season 19, which will also feature fabulous guest appearances from celebrities like Taraji P. Henson, Gigi Hadid, Jason Wu, Billy Porter, Andy Cohen, and more.
We can't wait to see him show off his unique design style, which he describes as "retro-chic, yet remarkably wearable," as you can clearly see in his self-titled fashion line, Prajjé Oscar.

He is also using his platform to raise awareness and support for his home country of Haiti, where Prajjé lived until he was 14.
As he shares in a press release: "Over the past few months, Haiti has been faced with many uncertainties, the most urgent of which is a devastating earthquake.
I'm proud to partner with the Haiti Response Coalition as they support Haitian-led, rights-based disaster response and accompany communities impacted by the earthquake, including urgent support for basic needs including food and shelter, as it is still rainy season."
