Young Leadership Committee History
In 2004, a small group of committed young professionals from diverse backgrounds founded the Young Leadership Committee (YLC) to raise awareness about Summer Search’s unique investment in the leaders of tomorrow. Sponsorships and donations have tripled since the Young Leadership Committee hosted their first annual cocktail event in 2004.
